Our journey begins with grounding meditation to help you establish a strong connection to the Earth, centring your energy and creating a solid foundation. This module will focus on the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras, allowing you to release tension and restore balance through somatic practices.

As we move into the heart space, we will honour the four directions to open the sacred circle, calling in protection and guidance for the day. Through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, we’ll connect to the energies of love and compassion, allowing the spirit of cacao to deepen our connection with the Heart and Throat chakras. This part of the journey is further enriched with a shamanic journey, accompanied by drumming and rattles, where you will be guided to explore the wisdom held within your heart and the power of authentic expression.

We begin with a ceremonial blue lotus tea and sacred anointment, designed to heighten your intuition and spiritual awareness. You will then be guided through a chakra breathing practice, using sound to activate and harmonise all seven chakras, aligning your energy from root to crown.  Finally, we will embark on a galactic journey, exploring the higher realms and receiving the transmission of light language to activate new levels of spiritual consciousness within you.

To complete the day, we will focus on grounding and integration, helping you anchor the powerful energies activated throughout the retreat. A final Rahanni healing session will support this integration, ensuring you leave feeling balanced and restored. We will end with a collective oracle card pull, offering guidance for your continued journey, and gather in a closing sharing circle where we can reflect on our experiences and insights together.
