Healing Containers are three session journeys for those who are ready to move beyond surface level healing and step into a deeper relationship with themselves.
This work is about remembering your power, awakening what has been dormant, and reclaiming your inner authority in a way that is embodied, grounded and real.
These are not one off sessions.
They are containers held with intention.

The container
A Healing Container is a committed space where change is allowed to take root.
Rather than dipping in and out, we work across three sessions so your body, nervous system and energy have time to respond, integrate and reorganise. This is where insight becomes lived experience and healing becomes something you can stand on.
The container itself is part of the medicine.
The alchemy
Each container is shaped by intention.
During the Discovery Session, we take time to explore what you are moving through and what you are ready to meet. From this, we clarify the intention for your Healing Container, which becomes the thread guiding the work across all three sessions.
I then draw intuitively from a range of modalities, including Rahanni Celestial Energy Healing, Womb Unfurling, Intuitive Healing, crystal healing and sound. These are not applied as techniques, but woven responsively in service of your process.
No two containers are the same.
What is woven
Each session is 90 minutes long and held one to one, online or in person in Southampton.
The work may include intuitive energy healing, guided visualisations, somatic awareness, gentle activations and sound. At times, crystal allies or womb centred work may be present where appropriate and welcomed.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is imposed.
The work meets you where you are and invites you into what is ready to emerge.
This is a space where essence is awakened and power is returned to its rightful place within you.
