We begin with fire, the great transformer. In sacred circle, we offer to the flames what we are ready to release. Held by the warmth of community and the crispness of autumn air, this is a powerful space to let go with intention.

Harvest Meditation
Through gentle guided meditation, you will be invited to reflect on all that this year has brought. A space to recognise your growth, gather your blessings, and meet your lessons with gratitude.

Sauna Session
A time to unwind and drop deeply into your body. The warmth of the sauna supports physical and energetic release, helping you to soften and restore.

Sound Healing Journey
Be held in a nourishing soundscape of sacred instruments and intuitive frequencies. This journey invites deep rest, nervous system healing, and subtle integration as you settle into stillness.

Oracle Cards and Soulful Sharing
With oracle cards as mirrors for your intuition, you’ll be guided to listen inward. In our sharing circle, there is space for reflection, honest connection, and being witnessed just as you are.
