Join us for a Special Edition Sacred Cacao and Sound Journey in Southampton. These will not be monthly events but occasional specials !  Our second edition is taking place in the new year at Shanti’s Room in Chandler’s Ford.

These gatherings are smaller and more intimate, with a maximum of 14 participants, and will include a short sharing circle.

We’ll begin by sharing a cup of specially crafted cacao elixir, opening our hearts and aligning with the rhythm of nature. Together, we’ll invite the elements into our circle and honour the wisdom of cacao, a sacred plant known for its ability to foster connection, forgiveness, and self-love.

Let the soothing vibrations of a sound bath carry you into deep relaxation. As you close your eyes and surrender, the harmonious tones of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes will wash over you, promoting balance and calm for your mind, body, and spirit.
