Join us for Sound Sanctuary an evening of sound and group energy healing held in a small, intimate group at Shanti’s Room. This gathering is an invitation to soften, go inward and reconnect with the deeper rhythms that move beneath the surface of daily life.

We begin together with a brief overview of the current energies, looking at the season, the wheel of the year and the astrology. From that place of collective understanding, we gently set our intentions and open the directions, creating a held and sacred space for the healing to unfold.

As you settle in and lie back, the sound journey begins. Alchemy bowls, drums, rattles and chimes wash through the space, guiding your nervous system into a state of harmony and receptivity. Held within this field of sound, I work energetically with the whole group, supporting each of you to release what you no longer need to carry and to gently restore your energy to a place of balance. Keeping the group small means everyone receives the care and attention they deserve. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be, only here in this moment, receiving.

This evening is for you if life has been loud lately, if you’ve been holding a lot, if you miss the feeling of being still or held, or if you’re longing for time that is just for you, to simply be and come back home to yourself. You don’t need any experience of sound or energy healing, just a willingness to arrive as you are and a curiosity to meet whatever the journey brings.
