We’ll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao and a specially crafted plant elixir, opening our hearts and aligning with the rhythm of nature. Together, we’ll invite the elements into our circle and honour the wisdom of cacao, a sacred plant known for its ability to foster connection, forgiveness, and self-love.
Let the soothing vibrations of a sound bath carry you into deep relaxation. As you close your eyes and surrender, the harmonious tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes will wash over you, promoting balance and calm for your mind, body, and spirit.

In February our elixir will be Cacao & Rose. Rose is one of my favourite teachers. In this journey she will help us drop deeper in our heart space inviting us to drop into softness, reclaiming our thorns and shedding our petals. 🌹
