We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao infused with a consciously prepared plant elixir, opening the heart and awakening the senses. Together we create sacred space, calling in the elements and honouring cacao as a wise teacher of connection, devotion, and embodied presence.
As the journey deepens, sound becomes the medicine. Waves of vibration from crystal bowls, drums, and chimes move through the body, dissolving tension and guiding the nervous system into a state of harmony and receptivity. Each tone invites release, each resonance supports realignment.

She awakens joy, sensuality, and a gentle confidence that flows from within. Her medicine is expansive yet tender, encouraging emotional openness and presence.
