We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao infused with a consciously prepared plant elixir, opening the heart and awakening the senses. Together we create sacred space, calling in the elements and honouring cacao as a wise teacher of connection, devotion, and embodied presence.
As the journey deepens, sound becomes the medicine. Waves of vibration from crystal bowls, drums, and chimes move through the body, dissolving tension and guiding the nervous system into a state of harmony and receptivity. Each tone invites release, each resonance supports realignment.

In July, our elixir will be made with calendula. Warm and quietly radiant, calendula carries the medicine of the sun without its heat. She brings resilience, inner brightness, and a grounded kind of courage that does not announce itself. Her energy is nourishing and steady, encouraging presence and a gentle reclaiming of vitality. In this journey, she invites us to tend to ourselves with the same warmth we so freely offer others, and to let that care become the ground beneath our feet.
